My name is Jeff Van Gyssel. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband, and father to 4 children and 1 dog. I love to bike, hike, rock climb, and my motto in life is to love God and love my neighbour.

Controller
My name is Tali. I’m married to a wonderful husband, and we have four beautiful daughters who keep us incredibly busy! I am excited to join in the growth and success of JWC, and to see what this wonderful team can achieve together. I am an optimist and like to find joy in the small moments in life. In my free time I love to spend time whipping up delicious creations in the kitchen, enjoying a good book and exploring nature.
David McLagan
Chief Estimator and Project Manager
My name is David McLagan and I am the father to three amazing daughters. I have spent the last 18 years on the Design and Engineering side and I am excited to have joined the JWC team to work on the other side of the construction industry. I enjoy all things construction but in my spare time you’ll find me on my mountain bike, hiking, woodworking or spending time with my family.

My name is Santiago. I’m from Colombia and I’ve been living in Canada for the last two years. Work for JWC has been a great experience, I’ve met wonderful people who love and enjoy what they do. I’m always eager to learn and I hope to continue growing within JWC.
Daniele Alves

I am a blessed daughter of the King, trying to be salt and light on this earth! Im Brazilian and I have a beautiful family, my husband and little son. I am passsionate about learning new things and I’ve built my career in serveral areas (logistics, sales, HR). However, my true vocation has always been about processes, teams, and above all-people! So I’m very glad and enthusiastic to work with this amazing team! In my free time I love travelling, cooking, training and being surrounded by family and friends.

My name is Milton Gomez. I am from Colombia and have been here since October, 2022. I am studying carpentry and enjoying the great opportunity that JWC gives to me being part of the team. In love with Laura, father of 2 great kids, searching our future in Canada. Like bikes, remodeling, tennis and design!
Joellah Fletcher

Hi, my name is Joellah Fletcher. I am the youngest in my family to my older sister and loving parents. I enjoy playing volleyball, camping, hiking and being outdoors. As a new apprentice at JWC I am looking forward to learning more and working hard.
Adam Vandersleen, RSE
Project Manager
My name is Adam Vandersleen and I’m a Christian, a carpenter, and a newer member of the JWC team. I’m excited for the opportunity to continue to learn and grow in my role here. I’ve been married to my wife Diane since 2010 and we have been blessed with three wonderful children who keep us on our toes! Things I enjoy doing include building/DIY projects, singing/choir, canoeing/kayaking, fishing, camping, traveling, hiking, & biking.

My name is Les Varga. I am the middle sibling to an older sister and younger brother. Now 58 years young, I found the love of my life and am excited about what the future holds! I enjoy cooking, being active, DIY projects, camping outdoors, and anything on or in the water. As I work for JWC, I hope to pass along my years of experience in construction to my fellow coworkers

I’m excited to be part of this company so that I can learn and grow within the trades. I enjoy hiking, camping, trying new vegetarian food and spending time with my wife and our dog.

Hi! My name is Joseph. My background is Korean, however, I was born in Canada and raised in the United States. I’m a husband to my best friend and a a father to two young boys and a dog. I enjoy spending time with my family outdoors and indoors: exploring, travelling, biking, hiking, and relaxing at home over a movie, book or our favourite shows. I’m also a huge foodie! Happy to be a part of the JWC team and to be a part of what God is doing through JWC.

Hi! I’m Raquel, originally from Honduras, Central America. I have a degree in Marketing and moved to Canada to specialize in Social Media and Broadcasting. Now, I’m the creative mind behind JPS’s content, sharing our projects, our people, and the heart behind what we do.
