At Just Working Construction, we recognize the importance of social responsibility as an organization. The average cost of a Canadian home has more than doubled since 2000, while wages remain stagnant with minimal increase. We are in the midst of a housing and homelessness crisis, where many are not able to afford to live comfortably in Canada or purchase a house.
Co-Housing/Multigenerational
We believe that co-housing is an affordable, collaborative, and socially responsible way of living. Co-housing is great for people with disabilities as well as the elderly who need special care without the downfalls of living in a nursing home or other alternative. In these homes, people can live and thrive together, benefiting everyone socially, economically, and mentally.

JWC has a passion for Heritage. Nothing excites us more than walking around an old abandoned property.
